1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Account Registration

3 Age Verification & KYC

Bets365 strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 18. We may conduct age and identity verification (KYC) at the time of registration or at any point thereafter. Large withdrawals may be held pending successful verification.

• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Attempting to exploit any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Defrauding or harassing other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close or temporarily suspend your account at any time through support. We actively encourage this as part of Responsible Gaming.

Benefits available to you:

• Temporary Suspension: From 1 day up to 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: Permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: A complete break for a set period of time.
